Friends today i am going to share some information about "E-learning" (online learning).E-learning has come to dominate the strategic thinking of employers over the past decades in most of the countries. Only in recent years in INDIA, there has been focus on e-learning, this is due to the recent development in the organizations rlated to study in INDIA. This

is widely seen due to the connected economy, become intangible and fast growing among organizations. Due to emerging Multinational company, globalisation has become one of the most important criteria to increase flexibility of communications, and hence become vital among the organization. Online learning is growing faster but not grown enough as it is has to be grown. different organization's are trying different ways to reach the maximum number of students by e-learning. Many institute's has became popular among students by serving totally online studying material on their finger tips at any place any time. the students are also felt attracted towards it because to did not how travel daily from their home to institute's even in the wrost condition's like rain , in winter and in summer, it also gives them opportunity to study at their preferred time not at the fix time given to them by their institute. students can also attend even those calsses which they are not able to attend at the time of the class by taking back-calss online which leads them to not to miss the education. Currently many of the

universities, institute and schools have started educating students by e-learning(online-education) this happened due to the corona-virus lockdown the students are unable to go to thier study point's and the universities,institute and schools don't want that the student to-unserved or any lacks of education in there students. As it is growing it is sure that it will became a good ways of education even in villages.
