If you want to be slim-fit then counting calories is the one of most important task, But it is ignored by most of people because they think it is foolish as it does not affect them physically. Counting Calories help you by making you aware of the how much you have to eat or monitoring calories intake and you will be able to realise what is beneficial for you by your self.

Rule No.2~ Aerobic Exercise

"Aerobic" means "relating to, involving, or requiring free oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen to adequately meet energy demands during exercise via aerobic metabolism. But of us first remember Cardio when we hear aerobic it also contain's  brisk walking, swimming, running, or cycling. Aerobic not only help in becoming slim it also it reduce the risk of the disease like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, stroke and certain types of cancer.

Sugar intake is harmful as,I said above but when suger is taken in liquid form it is the wrost (bad) and more harmful then suger in general  form. In modern-diet liquid sugar is the single most fattening substance taken in daily routine. It is applicable to both "Soft-drink's" and  "Fruit Juice" both of them have all-most same amount of the sugar, but many people does this mistake because they think "Fruit Juice" does not contains calories in huge amount as contained in the "soft drinks".

Low-Carb Diet is not the general Diet that is followed by the people's actually it is better then that. Low-Carb Diet can help you in lose weight 3 times more faster then usual Diet's.

Green tea contains small amounts of caffeine, it is loaded with powerful antioxidants and can help you in weight-loss.

Chewing Slowly  can help you in weight loss because of Chewing slowly the production of the weight losing  hormones  is increased and it also help in intake of calories in low amount. You can do this by doing practice of it daily this will result in not destroying different kind of nutrient’s or wasting of the important thing’s of boby.

Rule No.10~Avoid Dieting

When people who started dieting when they leave dieting they will gain more weight over time as they are gaining in past. Instead of starting a diet, try to aim for becoming a healthier, happier and fitter person. Weight loss should be follow by the natura method. Try to eat more healthy then starting dieting because it is the correct way to loss extra fat.
